ABOUT TERRA
I believe there is so much magic in a photograph. It allows something to keep on existing, even after it’s gone. I strive to capture moments authentically but cleverly, using light, color and composition to make things compelling and beautiful.
There’s something about spring and maternity sessions. New life — everywhere. Flowers blooming, longer evenings, bare feet in the grass. What a gift it is to live, and to create. I dig it.
I love documenting this season the way it actually feels — playful, connected, emotional, a little wild, and beautifully imperfect. The quiet in-between moments, the laughter, the movement, the color that surrounds everything.
Natural light, open air, and space to just be.
This Orcas Island wedding was a complete dream. Traveling for work is one of my absolute favorite things to do and the beauty of this location was off the charts! Sophie & Mikhail were kind, thoughtful, and hilarious people to work with. Loved every minute of it. When it’s too cold outside for the kiddos you dip into a coffee shop to finish the family photo session. This one was pretty sweet. Such a lovely family. They even baked me cookies!! ☺️🙌🏻✨
