Through the rivers and the lakes and trees we will roam, to capture the splendor in your laughter and you love. We will travel with you… on top of the mountains and into the forests, through the fog and the sun and the rain, to get that perfect photograph. From Portland Oregon, Pacific Northwest and beyond... We are photographers that give you a way to hold your memories in your hand.“There is so much beauty in every small moment, a quick look, a short laugh. It’s like I’m there all over again.” –J.P.
I believe there is so much magic in a photograph. It allows something to keep on existing, even after it’s gone. I strive to capture moments authentically but cleverly, using light, color and composition to make things compelling and beautiful.

TRAVEL PHOTOS PART 4/
Wengen, Switzerland. To me, this is about the most enchanting place that exists. It is so peaceful. Even in the bustle of the busiest part of the day. It’s quiet. We had another incredible view from our window, and I think I’ve become a little obsessed with the “view from the window” photos. The mountains surround the town in a way that you feel like you can just breathe them in. All their glorious colors of blues and whites and pinks and yellows. The wood, cabin-like buildings look like hobbits and elves built them, with their perfect, symmetrical architecture and placement across the mountain valley. What a place to be in and behold. To just sit still in its sweeping presence.
We did so much here… riding in gondolas, hiking in the alps, trains and snow caves and high-altitude mountain towns and epic picnics and cliff walks and Swiss chocolate and “The Top of Europe.” I really hope I’ll get to go back here someday. It quickly became one of my most favorite places on earth.
The family photo of us at the end was taken by @lehawagner . She is my dearest friend and was my assistant for over 10 years. It was such a joy to have her photograph us. And yes, this photo WILL be our Christmas card. So no surprises there! 😂❤️ Thank you Leah!! 📸🙌🏻
TRAVEL PHOTOS PART 3/
Rome. My son gets to be the star of this photo series because my images of him looking out the window are my most favorite. Something about the wonder of looking out the window. Again, the view from our Airbnb was magical. Ancient Rome just below our doorstep. So cool.
I took the fewest photos here. Perhaps because it was the last leg of our trip and I was tired… but also it was crowded, and there was something about seeing the masses of people taking pictures with their cellphones that made me want to put the camera down and just experience it all in the present moment. So for most of the time here, that is what I did. Thank you Rome for the memories. If the myth of the Trevi fountain is true, we’ll be back.
TRAVEL PHOTOS PART 2/
Montepulciano: Eat slow, drive fast! Ancient terraced castle towns, motorcycles, olive orchards, street musicians, and a farm to table dinner. Snuck in a family photo here at the end. We just happened to be dining next to another photographer who offered to take our photo and was able to use my camera. 📷❤️
TRAVEL PHOTOS PART 1/
I had the privilege of traveling to Europe with my family for the past few weeks. Traveling ignites my soul and opens my senses. I want to share some of the beauty I got to encounter. This is Monterosso al Mare. An Italian cliff town by the sea. We got lucky enough to witness a lightning storm while we were there. I really don’t have words to describe how cool that was. Cobbled streets, bright flowers, striped churches, salty air, sand and stone and boats and undergarments hung out to dry. I will keep it all in my heart.
Vintage vibes, incredible details, and two genuinely rad humans. 🤘✨
Brynne + Tyler’s wedding at St. John’s Inn in Portland was such a fun one to photograph. Every detail was on point, the venue had so much character, and these two made the day charming.
I love documenting weddings that feel authentic, relaxed, and full of personality. More days like this, please.
